The renter undertakes to periodically check the condition of the car by controlling the pressure of oil, water, fire and tire pressure and informs the owner of any mechanical, pneumatic or electrical problems. The renter must report to the owner any signal appearing on the screen to report any type of maintenance. The renter must bear all damages resulting from improper use of the driver, including administration fees for failing to report this defect and continue to drive the vehicle.
The owner retains the right to recover the car without notice and at any time at the tenant's expense if the vehicle is used in violation of this agreement.
The full rental amount along with all completed documentation should be submitted with a security deposit refundable after 30 Days (amount varies according to the vehicle category) at the time of signing the contract .
Salik will be paid by the hirer.
In the event of an accident or damage, the renter must notify the police immediately and obtain a police report. If the driver is less than 22 years old, he/ she pay full value of reform within the agency

An additional driver can be added to your vehicle contract for FREE.
All our cars are non-smoking. We request that clients do not smoke inside the vehicles, as smoking odors’ and/or cigarette burns are subject to penalties of minimum AED 500.
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) can be purchase starting 350 AED depend on car and modal.
Rented vehicles cannot be taken out of the United Arab Emirates.
The hirer should not use the vehicle for off-road driving, motor sports, rallying or any other activity that can cause damage to the vehicle. The hirer will be responsible for any damage including administration fee to the vehicle due to any such issue.
SUVs and 4x4s may not be used to drive off-road. In the event that this condition is ignored, please be advised that the insurance will not cover any possible damage. Therefore, should any damage occur, the full damage amount along with the rental amount for the duration of the vehicle being in the workshop, will be charged to the customer.
The hire will be responsible to pay the hire charges for the period to be taken for repair of such damages.
Infant, toddler and child safety seats as well as GPS navigation equipment are available for rent at an additional charge.
The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel that it had when the vehicle was handed over. If the fuel level is lower, a penalty of AED 100 will be charged.
Vehicles should be returned by 06:30pm on working days i.e. Saturday to Thursdays to avoid the following day being charged.
A vehicle drop-off and/or pick-up facility within Dubai city free for monthly agreement.
A vehicle drop-off and/or pick-up facility within Dubai city limits can be arranged at AED 100 per way.
A vehicle drop-off and/or pick-up facility outside Dubai city limits can be arranged at AED 250 per way.
Traffic fines and violation should paid from hire with in 24-48 hours from the time first notice from us.
In compliance with VAT Law, we will be charging 5% Value Added Tax to all our customers from 1 January 2018 onward.
